CFL Enterprises prides itself not only on quality in the manufacturing industry, but on providing a priceless service to society and the local community in the form of paid vocational training for the developmentally disabled. Training at CFL Enterprises includes, but is not limited to, the following skills:

• Janitorial Skills - Trainees learn to sweep, clean and sanitize.
• Inventory Skills - Stocking from the point of receipt of goods, identifying production needs, restocking production.
• Manufacturing Skills - Butt welding, frame forming, air filtration assembly, production line training.
• Packing & Shipping - Proper packaging and labeling of goods to be shipped.

What else does CFL Enterprises teach its vocational trainees?

Trainees learn the proper social and interaction skills for the professional workplace. In general, the CFL residents train to become diligent, dependable workers who can be of benefit to any company for which they work.

The goal at CFL's vocational training, and the dream of its many residents, is to take these valuable learned skills and enter the private sector as an employee and contributor to the local community.
